Home baked speltbread

Usually our home-baked spelt-breadnis really dense and heavy,the texture more like cake then bread.
So this morning I took the time to search the internet for a better recipe.
I even made an Excel-sheet that calculates the amount of fluid, yeast, salt and sugar for me when I enter the amount of flour I want to use.
And I tried a different program on my bread baking machine.
As you can see,that worked out just fine!
My bread never looked this good!
