High bluff falling into the sea. With seagulls.

This bluff (where the daisies are growing) is about 200 feet above the ocean. Ocean storms have eroded the bluff so much that the houses along it are in danger of falling into the sea. Since the houses are worth multi-millions, this is a big deal to the homeowners. There is a project to protect the bluff, but some think it futile.
