Ordered my weekly shop from a different supermarket this week after too many problems with my usual. I found it quite sweet that the driver took the care to check that the eggs were intact. It's the kind of simple touch that makes the difference and I'm not sure I'll change back.

At work today much of my energy was consumed trying to figure out the best way to approach a difficult situation. I wish there was a simple touch here that would provide reassurance but I think it's beyond that now.
