Back to Jenna's and hunkered down by about 3. Slept so rubbishly - I was freezing, then I got cramp in my leg (lots of quiet swearing on my part), then the airbed had deflated so I got a numb bum. Oh, and I was nursing an injury from Jenna accidentally throwing her handbag at my head.

Up at 8.30 for work, felt fine.

Fineness decreased throughout morning, increased a bit when I ate lunch, then decreased again to the point where I was slightly concerned I might vomit on a customer.
