RECHARGING BATTERIES

I saw tourists stop and point at something.
"Something" was this sport car recharging it's batteries.
It's not an usual sight in Oslo's streets so I can understand that they wanted a second look.

It's about 3 million cars in Norway, and around 13 000 of them are el-cars.
