Dexter Bourguignon

Went to the farmers market this morning and got some nice veal ribeye for next time Jen has a decent evening in and some braising steak from a cow called a dexter. As I'm currently watching Dexter I thought I'd give it a try. I've never made bourguignon before either and I can testify to its deliciousness especially with the dexter beef and my home made wine :)
