Landscape Cliche

Quite sunny here this aft so I took the dog for a walk up the hill above Pickering. This lone tree cliche shot is made mildly more interesting as the town is nestling under its right hand side. My instinct with this type of winter tree shot was to make it mono, but I went the other way and played on the bright sunshine with the vibrant greens and blues.
