Falafel King

Today I met the king. Mohammed, the self-appointed "Falafel King" sells Lebanese food in his small restaurant. The eatery, aptly named Falafel King, is located on a street corner I drive by every day on my way home from work. Mohammed was standing outside this afternoon having a cigarette and enjoying a break from the rain showers. I couldn't resist stopping to chat and take a few photos. Mohammed is clearly proud of his business, which sells some darn good shawarma and hommous. The falafel is crisp, flavorful and served with a wonderful yogurt sauce. It's always fun meeting hard-working people who are doing what they love. Long live the Falafel King!
