What goes up ...

The Marmara University Hospital moved to a new location over 2 years ago; however, the buildings had been left to disintegrate until 2 weeks ago. I was surprised how quickly the abandoned property became an eyesore and wondered how a hospital could be so badly made. It turns out it was not so badly constructed on the inside as these machines have wrestled with concrete and steel rods day and night. What will go up now? I bet another... Luxury development.
