Soup party!

Making soup has become a typical lunchtime activity in the office in Brussels. Today we made spinach and carrot, leek and potato and leek and beetroot. Yum. The leek and potato was my fav but I'm loving the colour of the beetroot and leek. Aren't we a healthy bunch?
