Blue-Eyed Beauty?

Made time for a walk in Sutton Park with M - needed to clear my head and unstiffen my body, and it was a glorious day.

Surprised to see a pair of cormorants on Blackroot Pool, but difficult to get a photo as, just as I'd focus on them, they'd dive again. Also surprised to discover on the internet that they are considered ugly birds, and that anglers want them culled.

My Mum has taken another turn for the worse...
