Friends whose Springer Spaniel died over 3 years ago finally plucked up the courage to get another dog. They visited the Canine Defence League and got to meet Max, a lovely big cocker and he is now happily living in their house. I met him today - he is a happy friendly chappie so I am very much looking forward to being a house/dog sitter when the friends go to Spain later in the year.
