Another beautiful sunny day in the garden. Lots to trim and prune . We planted about 50 trees years ago and have gradually had to thin them out as they start invading each others space . The bonfire was going again as we cut up the smaller pieces . I felt rather like a kipper as I pruned the apple trees in the smoke .
