An early morning walk with limited company, Juno bounded about. I left early due to a work meeting.

Work was a strain fo calves.

Eco gran clocked up another year today, Happy birthday eco gran,

Lunch at he anarchy, very nice.

Ran along the canal to football, my calf muscles went again. So sore.

I cleaned out one of the football cupboards. Over to coaching, 2 new girls so i did skills work with them while the rest did drills. I was rewarding as they came on and are keen to come back.
