I met Jo and Sarah at a local pub for a few drinks tonight, it was lovely to catch up, we will do it more I hope, we used to see each other every Tuesday for coffee while the kids did sports but because of my shoulder op I don't go to that club at the moment.

Long bike ride this morning along the tow path from Hampton Court to Kingston, the flooding has receded alot I'm happy to say.

Also finished recording a song I've been working on.
