Making sandwiches

Today was our sandwich making day. We do this periodically. I baked 4 dozen sandwich rolls, then Roger and I made the sandwiches. 2 dozen roast beef, 1 dozen corned beef, and 1 dozen turkey. We wrap them in clear freezer wrap and put them in Ziploc freezer bags and freeze them. When you need a quick lunch or meal, you pop them in the oven or microwave and enjoy. These particular rolls freeze and reheat beautifully. We divided them equally, and now we have several quick, easy meals.
