Apple Cranberry Cobbler

Recipe time!

Apple Cranberry Cobbler (shamelessly stolen from the internets)
4 cups diced peeled apples (4 or 5 medium apples. the more tart the better)
2 cups cranberries (fresh is best, frozen is acceptable)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (or just more cinnamon)

topping
2/3 cup flour (as needed)
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)

Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Toss together the apples, cranberries, flour, sugar and spices into an 8x8 casserole dish (ceramic or glass. doubled, it'll be a tight fit in a 9x13 dish) until well coated. Mash together the butter, sugar and flour until it's well mixed but crumbly. Crumble this mixture on top of the cobbler. Throw it in the oven for 40ish minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Awesome with some vanilla ice cream. Reheat in the oven (large portions) or the microwave (personal size!)
