Cone Head

I haven't done an SP in a while so why not one today ;)
This is me in one of our local parks which is a real treasure trove of trees. Like this Bunya Bunya I am posing in front of. Still a youngster at 148 years old, they grow to be about 600 years and with a height of almost 40 metres, the largest of it's kind in NZ. A native of Australia and apparently they were quite common about 250-65 million years ago!!
And yes, they have cones, BIG cones ... I have to put that thing down now, it weighs about 8 kg!!
