Tape

Wouldn't normally post body parts (hence use of appalling posterize filter :)) but have just had a fascinating hour with a Physio and my dodgy knee.
Electrotherapy, which left it looking like it had been attacked by an octopus, and then strapping around the kneecap. Watching him cut the tape was an education in itself.
Anyway, heal on patellafemoral joint, heal on.
