whatever the weather

This chap is out and about trying to sell ice cream all year round. I have never seen anyone out at him in our street, even in the summer. He's persistent though and to be honest I saw an ice cream with sprinkles in the picture on the side as hr drove by and was almost tempted. Then I remembered I only like the sprinkles so it's not really worth buying an ice cream. I'd lick the sprinkles off and donate the ice cream to someone else usually....
