Derwentwater shower

If you checkout Technophobe's blip you will see what I've been up to today. All went well and we now have a piping hot radiator in the kitchen - and no leaks.

I popped out to catch the evening light but when I got down to the lake a torrential storm was heading across Derwentwater and it started raining hard shortly afterwards. I managed to grab a few shots before running for cover. One good result of the rain was that all the people who were standing on the landing stages left the scene.

This afternoon Fiona Holloway popped round to say hello. It was nice to meet her and compare notes. Interestingly, her blip looks like it was of the same storm.
