Eccentricity

I had planned a lovely blip of 2 people sitting outside a cafe in the sunshine enjoying tea. I took the photo, and was planning how I wanted to crop it, whether I'd include the reflections of people in the windows behind them.

And then this lovely gentleman in bright yellow trousers, an orange jacket and a top hat walked past.
So he gets blipped :-)

The amount of eccentricity in a society has generally been proportional to the amount of genius, mental vigor, and moral courage it contained. That so few now dare to be eccentric marks the chief danger of the time.
John Stuart Mill
