NT War Horse

Another poor shot but I was sneakily snapping in the cinema. National Theatre production of War Horse. Film of the play live which seemed an odd way to do it but as I couldn't afford to see it on the stage I thought I'd give it a bash. Absolutely stunning and perhaps in film got to see more of the play than had I been up in the gods. The puppetry of the horses was incredible and you soon forgot that they were not real horses. Just makes me resolve to see this one day for real.

Was quite a contrast with the shoulder surgeries I saw all day on theatre another more gruesome version of puppetry.
