A cry for help!

So, here's your standard "advert on a wall" that is commonly seen on the streets of Budapest, but...this one's slightly different - the person placing the ad' is looking for a flat, nothing unusual there, but this one is looking for a flat for their mother-in-law!! Married into the family, assured that mum was not a problem, only to discover that living this close is far from ideal, I fear! At least the "smiley face" suggests that things haven't gone too far to date! That said, the person does state that it's "Very urgent!", which might reveal more about the true state of affairs!
