Laura & Mike

I had a lovely morning meeting Laura & Mike for the first time today, I'll be shooting their wedding in April. We had a coffee together then went for a short pre-wedding shoot around Botanic Gardens. They're a very photogenic couple and quite natural in front of the camera (despite hating having their photo taken) so it was a very enjoyable shoot for me. Normally this part of the Palm House is far too dark and gloomy for photos, but today the sun was at just the right angle to reflect back brightly from the white wall and illuminate the couple.

It's not often we get such beautiful bright sunshine here, it really feels like Spring is coming and I really can't wait! This grey and depressing non-winter we've had has gone on for far too long :)
