Orchid

Today the weather is filthy, heavy rain and slate grey skies, so I did not wish to go outside the house to get my blip. An inside blip was appropriate anyway as I have only been pottering about the house today. So our white orchid in the kitchen, which is unusual in that this orchid has flowers all along the stem rather than at the end of it, is currently flowering beautifully, making it a picture to look at; here is its picture. It was impossible, with the light available, to get all of the orchid in focus at the same time, so focus was concentrated around the top flowers, which are the most predominant in the picture.
