A drop in the ocean

For a salad fan like me there is little worse than an ill proportioned vinaigrette. Salad as child would have involved a boiled egg, some lettuce, some insipid tomato and some crisps.

Now the idea of this makes me smile. The idea of an over vinagered vinaigrette, makes me frown.
