The flail of the hail

I wield the flail of the lashing hail,
And whiten the green plains under,
And then again I dissolve it in rain,
And laugh as I pass in thunder.

A bit of Percy Bysshe. (The Cloud)

Another bright and breezy day. I did business stuff in the morning then headed out into the garden and stacked and trimmed logs, the remains of the alder tree. Everything is bursting forth - daffs, crocus, bluebells and many trees are in bud.
Later, we went down to Reenmore - exhilarating - big waves, big wind, lots of sunshine and then that large cloud full of hail. Then back into the garden for a bit of ivy clearing, a small amount of digging and more log stacking. Wrecked now.
