Starlings!

Took Meg for a walk this morning and as we walked over a field, I heard a noise that sound like rushing water. But I knew there was no water near there!

Carried on walking and the sound got louder and louder! Very confused!

As I got closer the noise was almost deafening and to my surprise it was coming from these trees. There were thousands of Starlings all calling and the cacophony of sound was unreal.

The tree on the right has no leaves and all the black is indeed made up of Starlings!
