Gary

This is my friend Gary, the UHI Dean of Learning and Teaching, speaking at a Faculty conference at Moray College UHI in Elgin. He is introducing a new plan to create a Learning and Teaching Academy at the UHI to recognise and reward excellence. There is still a bit of thinking and planning to do, but in general it's an excellent idea ad one that I will happily get behind.
