Ah, Paris

I purchased a new 70-300mm Nikkor lens on eBay, and this is one of the first pictures I took with it. I was lying in bed, about 12 feet away...it's a charcoal sketch of the Arc de Triomphe that I purchased on my first trip to Paris. I wanted to see just how tightly I could zoom in at 300mm. The couple in the foreground is actually only 1.5" tall or so in the sketch, so from 12 feet, I'd say it zooms pretty nicely!
