Scottish Buffalo..

It is Scottish Buffalo, but in sausages. I was in our freezer and came across these, which as you can see we have had for almost a year!! I defrosted them in the microwave, and had the thought to Blip them before cooking some of them.

As you can see from the label, these are Fife Buffalo. They are also going to feature very shortly in my lunch prior to watching some sport.

When Barbara reads this Blip she will probably not be impressed. She would probably have thrown them out when she read the label, but they seem OK to me. If I don't Blip tomorrow, however, you will know I was mistaken.
