Bread 'n' muscles

After we'd done all the work stuff I went out into the countryside with a friend who used to live in Tokyo many moons ago. We went to the Yarra valley where he wanted to do a photo shoot of his friend's bakery. He's a professional but this was an unpaid gig. Our master baker Ian had a visitor from the U.S. who also bakes. Here she is with a fresh cut loaf with steam rising up from it.

I guessed what sport she was into straight away.

After the bake there was night time bush walking, saw a sugar glider and some big roos.

All in all a great way to end the week.
