Butterdean wood

Another glorious start to the day, and another Sunday gym visit skipped.

Given how nice it was, I felt the desire to drive down to Butterdean Wood, in Gladsmuir, East Lothian.

I've visited it before and like any other wood, you can get some great shadows from the sunlight beaming through.

I had the boy with me, so there wasn't a lot of time, though I did set the tripod up, not in this shot, which did frustrate him a little, as it was a tad cold and he was keen to get to ASDA to pick up the next issue of the Star Wars Factfile.

Hoping to get a film in later. It is Oscar weekend after all!
