Heaven in a jar.

This is Speculoos. If you have never had it, you have really only lived half a life. It is caramelised biscuits, in spreadable form. Need I say more?
So yesterday I made "blondies" (brownies without chocolate in the mixture) with speculoos in them, which you can see in the background. I think they were a hit with everyone who tried them :)
