Newt

I've been taking a quick look at what's going on in the pond in the evenings. Tonight I managed to catch one of the newts before it disappeared. There are at least three adults around and I'm hoping that some of the really tiny ones from last year might have made it through this mild and soggy winter.

Still no frog spawn.
