It's girl scout cookie time

It's finally that time of year...girl scout cookies are here! For many years, Emily was a scout and I was a co-leader for her troop. Then, there was always a little dread that came along with cookie time. It was a lot of effort, a lot of time and a lot of calories. We always had extra boxes in the freezer. Now, we actually have to seek them out. And I never pass by a group of girl scouts when they are at the grocery store selling them without stopping to buy a box or two. And yes, Thin Mints always have been, and always will be, my favorite.
