Bowsprit!

Mrs BR escaped again!!
Actually, No1 son purchased a car in UK and had to collect it from a fairly remote location. I was already working on Sunday so she went with him overnight and hired a car to drive him to the rendezvous!
What we do for our children!
Think they had great fun but a very rough crossing on the Condor Wavepiercer ferry which is visible in this blip.
Wind was south gusting force 7 which is directly "on the nose" as they say!
This means the wind coming directly towards you at around 30knts and the vessel travelling at around 30knts so, a total wind speed of around 60knts.
Makes for a very lumpy crossing!
They arrived safely a little late but unscathed as neither of them are prone to "la mal de mer" (seasickness) fortunately!
Back to normal now!
8-)
