Wait for me!

Another granddaughter day. This time the youngest one is not well but, I hasten to add, her sore throat is nothing to do with eating yesterday's cakes! Thank you all for your lovely comments on the baking day. Granddaughter was delighted.

I had to make a quick stop at the riverside on my way to the supermarket while Granddad held the fort. There were several Mums and toddlers feeding the swans and this young swan was in such a hurry to join them that he almost took flight in his haste not miss breakfast!
