First spider in South Africa

This is in the corner of the garden...and it's a whopper! With the help of Google I now know it's Nephila pilipes fenestrata, the Golden Orb Weaver. There's a slightly smaller one that's equally impressive, but a different shape, nearby. I've seen 6 species of butterflies today, just walking around the suburb where we are staying - constantly on the move, impossible to photograph. I will hopefully move on from spiders tomorrow.
