Day 22: Recovery week

This week is the start of my 4th week of training. According to my plan this is a week where I have to cut back on the hours a little and let my body recover. Looking at my hours I decided that I could afford to miss tonight's run again and have a massage instead.

I'm in the fortunate position that my partner, is a sports massage therapist and she was kind enough to give my legs some attention and boy do they need it. Sports massage is not exactly relaxing. Thanks Sam.
