An audience with Harry Benson

If you were given the opportunity, what would you ask one of the world's greatest photographers?

Someone who has photographed every American President from Eisenhower to Obama, who regularly makes the covers of Time, Life, The New Yorker and Geo, who recorded the early careers of The Beatles, and every major movie star in the last 40 years, but who is also a world class photo journalist who recorded the struggles of the American Civil Rights movement?

Well here's your chance.

Harry Benson, the internationally renowned Scottish photographer, has exclusively agreed to be interviewed by you on Blipfoto as part of the Unstaged project. We would urge you to look at his website to see the astonishing range of his work.

We've opened a forum thread where you have until 4 December to leave a question, which we'll collate, edit (well someone has to) and pass to Mr. Benson who has agreed to personally respond. The final interview will be published here on the Blipblog.

We're hoping that this will become an occasional feature as part of The Conversation and already have a couple of other notable photographers who've agreed to take part.
