Barbara

Barbara is one of our friendly neighborhood Safeway cashiers.

She and I were part of a handful of people out today, as the entire city was closed (again) on account of the latest snowstorm. Quite a different scene from yesterday, when the store was packed and people bought enough supplies to last til the polar snowcaps melt…

I was search for 'subjects' to include in a set of images for a b&w workshop for which I'm both the organizer and a participant. So, I'm very glad she agreed to pose for me today! :)
