A local day
As we drove so many miles yesterday, we decided to stay locally today.
We started off with a walk around Gairloch wood (Ord na Eaglaise) and then had lunch cooked on the Gaz at Poolewe.
We successfully dodged the bad weather but it's always great to watch from a distance.
The dogs had a lovely time on Firemore Sands after lunch but Fionne let herself down by jumping all over a poor unsuspecting couple. They were fine about it (not sure I would have been quite so understanding!)
This blip was taken on the way home looking toward Loch Maree and Beinn Airigh Charr.
