Crane lights

Saw this from a distance on my way home from work tonight. The local hospital is being "enhanced". There have been two cranes dominating the skyline for months. Normally at night there are a few red lights floating in the air. But tonight..... something changed.

Just below this crane is this, which was blipped by another blipper not long ago. Our local Maggie's centre.
