Light and shade

There was a little of both in today. Not unpleasant but quite busy and our ideas were under scrutionus eyes so it was hard to relax. With a lot of input from some very talented people it all went well though. When I got home, the boys had made me a belated birthday cake, sang 'happy birthday to you' and we all sat and watched clone wars (again) with pizza and cake.

I think I'll go for a big run on the bike tomorrow.
