pancake mixture

Shrove Tuesday, but I don't like pancakes so I view the mixture with some trepidation. A day late but this is uploaded with DDW's challenge in mind: "apogee".... The word makes me think of the moon & I think this shot looks a little like a moon, or planet. (More so when it is smaller but blipfoto won't let me upload a small image. Or I can't work the controls yet. ?)
