Fresh lady

Although I woke up with a pretty sore head I decided to go for a run. On my way out John offered to pump the tyres on my bike and before I knew it, I was embroiled in a mammoth bike cleaning session. 2 hours, 1 filthy floor and numerous cocktail sticks later I realised why poor Lady Lemond hadn't been running so smoothly. Her cogs and chains were thick with mud. She's much happier now and I've sworn never to let her fall quite so low again.
