Canal Saint Martin by night

After a lazy morning E and I walked along the Canal Saint Martin to West Country Girl (an amazing creperie) for lunch and to celebrate Pancake Day. We then had a wander around the shops in the Bastille areas before heading back to the Canal to visit Le Comptoir Général, best described as a social enterprise focused on ghetto culture. We enjoyed an afternoon drinking beers and playing cards in amongst displays of voodoo and black magic, and a beach bar style shack.

For dinner we headed to La Cambodge (a Cambodian restaurant) before finishing off the evening with a cocktail at Le Mary Celeste.
