Hanningfield Reservoir

Woke up to a sunny morning hardly any wind and not a cloud in the sky. After school decided to go to the reservoir and on to RHS Hyde Hall. We visited the Essex Wildlife Trust first and then went round to the fishermans lodge for breakfast. The blip today was taken of the view there and shows the reservoir and on the far bank you can see one of the EWT hides. Best large. The fire brigade were also there doing some rescue practice. We then went on to Hyde Hall and wandered round the gardens, sitting in the sunshine and taking lots of shots. They had a display of lots of scarecrows made by children which were fun, lots of colourful flowers and bees. Home via supermarket to do the shopping and then some more digging on the allotment. Hope this weather lasts a little longer:)
